A handwritten letter written by Seongnam Urban Development Corporation’s 1st development director Kim Moon-ki, who was found dead while serving as the head of the Daejang-dong development project, while being investigated by an investigative agency, was released.

In a letter released by Kim’s younger brother, “Exceeding the standards set by the company, three proposals to insert an excess profit recovery clause were not reflected,” he said. .

Director Kim wrote, “I did my best until last March according to that decision, but it is so unfair that it feels like I’ve committed an illegal act, and it feels like the prosecutor’s investigation is like that,” Kim wrote.

He further emphasized, “While working in Daejang-dong, I have never received instructions, pressure, or unreasonable demands from Yoo Dong-gyu or Jung Min-yong.

Director Kim did not disclose in the article who the executives were at the time and what his position was on the suspicion of a connection with the upper level of Seongnam City.

This two-page letter was written around the end of October last year, a month before his death, and it is presumed that he was trying to send it to Seongnam City Corporation president Yoon Jeong-soo, who was being investigated for help.
