Defendants did not release the child despite the mother’s arrest. When he resisted, he was brutally beaten. After the incident, the child’s mood worsened. The only reliance is on a mentally challenged mother and 90-year-old grandmother.

There is no one to take the child for treatment. There is no financial status for it. The child has not spoken directly for a few years. When the court asked the mother and grandmother to treat the child, they both agreed. The court directed the Poojappura police to provide medical assistance.
