On February 25, the artist will release his album with performances of modern classics such as Coldplay’s “Viva la vida” and Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect Symphony”, as well as original compositions.
Hailed as one of the best known pianists of all time, the “Prince of Romance” Richard Clayderman releases an album of twelve new recordings, “Forever Love”.
Released February 25, 2022 by BMG, The album includes performances of modern classics such as Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida” and Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect Symphony”.as well as the classic favorites “The Waltz of the Flowers” and “The Radetzky March.”

Additionally, the new album features four new original compositions by Paul de Senneville, Richard’s longtime collaborator and composer of the iconic 1977 recording. “Ballade Pour Adeline” – this song was the one that put Clayderman on the path to becoming a world star, having sold 22 million copies in 38 countries.
Along with the new recordings is an enduring collection of his best and most beloved piano performances, showcasing a career that has spanned six decades. The album was recorded during 2021 in Paris.

Richard comments: “At the time, all my live dates had been canceled or postponed due to the pandemic, so I wanted to do something new for everyone as I hadn’t been in the studio for a long time. I started listening to some of my old favorite songs, which brought back wonderful memories, and I also thought it would be fun to do some more unexpected songs, like Ed Sheeran’s. It was great to team up with Paul once once more to create some new compositions, as that’s where the story really began. “
Prior to the album release, a series of themed digital EPs will be available for download (January 12, Forever Love: Heart & Soul; 26 de enero Forever Love: Dear Mama; 9 de febrero Forever Love: Three Little Words).
Trained at the Conservatoire de Paris, in his native France, Clayderman has sold more than 90 million records worldwide and has recorded more than 1,400 songs with its characteristic romantic style, a wide repertoire that encompasses both original compositions and classical and pop standards that are enjoyed around the world. He continues to tour around the world.
