This Tuesday, January 11 at 08:00 in the morning, the results of the Transition Test will be announced for the thousands of students who will begin their 2022 higher education period.

After receiving their results, interested students must apply to university or technical institutions which will be held between the January 11 and January 14.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Education indicated that, for those who wish to apply to one of the 45 universities attached to the process system, it is important to remember that to do so it is necessary to have completed compulsory math and reading comprehension tests, and at least one of the specific (science or history) and count on an average score of 450 points or more on the compulsory tests.

Where to check the scores?

From 08:00 hours the scores obtained in the corresponding tests can be reviewed online on the pages of Mineduc access and the DEMRE.

How to apply to universities?

Through the page Mineduc access A maximum of 10 careers may be entered for the student to choose, which They must be in order of preference, from highest to lowest.

What important dates would remain for the rest of the process?

– January 11-14: Centralized application process to universities.

Professional Technician: The new special admission for students of the University of Chile

“TP Antumapu” is the new income alternative that the Universidad de Chile added for admission in 2022, aimed at students from technical-professional colleges, with priority to those who come from establishments of agricultural and forestry disciplines. It is regarding 70 vacancies distributed in the careers of Agronomic Engineering, Renewable Natural Resources Engineering and Forest Engineering.

the Undergraduate Deputy Director, Carlos Rilling, reported that, “for the first time we have defined a minimum score of 550 points, below the 600 points traditionally required for all university majors, thus expanding the number of students who will be able to benefit from this alternative ”.

This process will be available until January 14.

Vacancies:

“TP Antumapu” will offer 70 vacancies, distributed as follows:

30 places for the race of Agronomic Engineering.

20 places for the race of Renewable Natural Resources.
