The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston has reimagined five of the seven galleries in its George D. and Margo Behrakis wing, devoting them entirely to ancient European art and its development up to the Byzantine Empire, also adding a new dedicated space to the reinterpretation of ancient art by artists of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.
