Horizon: Forbidden West Rankings Revealed In-Game Mention of Same-Sex Relations

Horizon: Forbidden West continues to pass the age classification in various countries before the release, which is just over a month away.

The other day the game has successfully passed the certification in IMDA, the government rating agency of Singapore. The agency assigned the ADV16 age mark to the project, allowing people over 16 years of age to be sold, but what is interesting is some of the new details specified in the description of the rating issued.

It follows from the text that apart from the hostile tribes and machines, Aloy will have to fight “alien monsters”… Fights often take place at a fast pace, and when the heroine or enemies (people) are injured, trickles of blood are visible on the screen. However, blood does not color the characters or the environment.

We dwelled on the plot scenes separately. Some videos include images of violence, for example, showing characters being shot with arrows or being pierced with spears, and contain references to same-sex relationships, where different characters mention their partners in conversations with the main character.

Horizon: Forbidden West Launches on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 February 18.
