When the Tesla think they are Michael Jackson

Late last year, Tesla rolled out a major new update for its vehicles. A new firmware version which obviously brought its share of fixes and other novelties, with in particular the availability of a certain Sonic the Hedgehog (yes, the Mega Drive game of your childhood), but also a new feature called Light Show, already available on Model X. A function that allows a Tesla vehicle to perform a little show like “sounds and lights“.

A relatively useless function, and therefore totally essential, which can also be configured. Indeed, in addition to the parameters proposed by default, it is quite possible to add your own audio files to the system, and to adjust the pattern of flashing, lighting and other actions carried out by the car. Already at the end of last year, many Tesla owners were showing off with the new dedicated function.

In order to properly celebrate the New Year 2022, two Tesla Model Y owners have decided to create a show in tribute to the late Michael Jackson. They both managed to synchronize their respective vehicles to “dance” to the music Beat It. The vehicles light up to follow the rhythm of the music, not to mention the trunk, which also opens and closes automatically.

My neighbor and I decided to give our Tesla a dance. Although I usually program theme parks for a living, I will continue to add other tracks for Tesla drivers to download.”Explains Tom BetGeorge. Indeed, the author of this “show” offers his creations to download freely on a website: Magical Light Shows.

Note that Tom BetGeorge is a regular at sound and light shows, the latter offering in particular, each year, a “Christmas Light Show”Quite incredible, making his whole house light up in rhythm. So you know what you have to do if you have a Tesla in the garage, and you want to wow the gallery.
