Next, The advices released by the Civil Protection Directorate of the province:

– Children and babies: keep them permanently well hydrated.

– Physical activity: reduce physical activity and do not make great efforts. Rest in the shade.

– Stay in cool places, in ventilated or conditioned spaces. During the day, lower the blinds and close the windows. Open at night to ventilate.

– Drink more fluids without waiting or feeling thirsty, especially water and slightly cold fruit juices. Do not drink hot beverages or abuse alcoholic beverages.

– Refresh frequently: avoid going out during the central hours of the day, between 12 and 18 hours.

– Clothes and accessories: Wear light, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing, hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

– Help people who may be at higher risk from suffering the effects of heat, such as children, people with disabilities and the elderly.
