Al-Marsad newspaper: The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, issued a decision approving the executive regulations for the “job discipline” system, in preparation for its application in various government sectors.
The executive regulation of the Job Discipline System aims to protect the public position, ensure the regular functioning of the public facility, and ensure that the employee performs his work well.
The controls stipulate that one or more committees will be formed by a decision of the minister in the government entity, to look into and investigate violations committed by employees, and a member of the committee may not undertake the examination or investigation of violations with the employee in the event that he is his direct superior or has a kinship relationship with him or her. Affinity up to the fourth degree.
According to the regulation, each employee is investigated separately with an independent report, and copies of the documents submitted are attached to the investigation report, and it is not permissible to erase or modify the pages of the report.
