Young man committed suicide in the Sambil shopping center
At first, confusion reigned over the details of the event, given the various versions. While some affirmed that it was an accident, other users of social networks assured that it was a suicide.
In addition, the versions also diverged as to whether the young man died or was still alive; as well as regarding his age.
Finally, the Chacao Police He clarified that it was a 15-year-old teenager, and not 17 as commented on social networks.
And he explained that indeed the young man jumped into the void from the top floor of the shopping center, being seriously injured. However, when Salud Chacao and security personnel arrived at the scene, the adolescent still had vital signs.
After emergency care, the young man was transferred to the Domingo Luciani Hospital in El Llanito, in the neighboring Sucre municipality. However, he died while he was being treated at that health center.
