Energy – EU unveils controversial green label project

Brussels revealed a highly anticipated environmental labeling plan for nuclear and natural gas power generation facilities. The goal is to simplify funding for projects that aid in mitigating climate change. The draft proposal, a subject of extensive deliberation and still subject to modification, was disseminated to member states on December 31st, shortly before midnight, according to several sources.
