Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung announced on the 1st that he would receive a free human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine for all males and females between the ages of 12 and 17.
Candidate Lee posted on his Facebook this morning, “HPV is transmitted by both men and women through sexual contact. It’s done,” he said.

“In addition, we will change the name of the current ‘Healthy Women’s First Step Clinic Project’ to ‘HPV Vaccine National Vaccination Project’ so that both men and women can protect their health.”
