5- Paying attention to the suhoor meal: and choosing foods rich in iron as well, such as beans and blackstrap molasses, and you can put some drops of lemon juice on beans or yogurt at suhoor because it helps absorb iron.

6- Adherence to medication appointments: where the doctor prescribes specific dates for taking medications that are commensurate with fasting times, and you should not be late for them.

7- Avoid drinking stimulants: such as tea, coffee and soft drinks, because they prevent iron absorption in the body.

8- Taking a sufficient amount of rest: and sleeping more hours, preferably during the fasting period, as well as staying away from activities that cause stress.

9- Eating food if the patient feels tired: he may not tolerate fasting and needs to eat foods that are important to his sick condition, and then he must take a complete meal as well as fluids, and if he does not feel better, he should see the doctor.
