1- The first phase of the project extends with a length of 70 km, starting from Adly Mansour Al-Salam station to the administrative capital.
2- It includes 12 stations.
3- Tests and experiments are currently underway in preparation for actual operation in front of the public.
4- A French company that will be responsible for managing, operating and maintaining the project’s trains following its implementation and opening.
5- The French company will not interfere in determining the price of the ticket, as it will be responsible for managing only for a fixed amount agreed upon.
6- Determining the price of the electric train ticket will remain the responsibility of the Egyptian government alone.
7- The ticket price is expected to range between 15 and 35 pounds.
8- The first phase of the project will connect the Cairo metro network in the Administrative Capital.
9- A plan to operate it in front of the public next June, coinciding with the opening of the first phase of the administrative capital.
