9 daily habits that destroy the beauty and health of the breast

Don’t sleep at night

Speaking of sleep, do you like to watch TV shows all night long, read books, spend time at parties – in a word, do anything but not sleep? Or perhaps you work a night job? Lack of sleep puts your breasts at serious risk.

Canadian scientists figured out: Night shifts can double your risk of developing breast cancer if this pattern is maintained for 30 years or more.

The fact is that it is during sleep that the hormone melatonin is formed. If this process is disturbed, the level of another hormone, estrogen, rises. And when it becomes too much, there is a risk of developing a tumor.

Therefore, if you want to keep your breasts healthy, try to get enough sleep more often.

To dye hair

If you are one of those who like to constantly experiment with appearance and can easily suddenly decide change hair color from black to a radical blonde in the middle of the night, be careful: frequent dyeing is not only not very good for your hair, but also puts your health at risk.

Scientists at the National Institutes of Health analyzed data from nearly 50,000 women who participated in the Sister Study between 2003 and 2009. It turned out that women who often dyed their hair were 9% more likely to develop breast cancer than those who did not. The researchers came to the conclusion that paints, which contain substances that destroy the endocrine system, as well as carcinogens, are harmful.

Therefore, you can dye your hair, of course. But it is better to do this with high-quality dyes.
