Faced with the question of how they see access to substances (cocaine and marijuana), the majority of the participants considered that it is easy to obtain the drugs.
Eight out of ten people said they might get cocaine if they wanted to: 37.6% said it would be easy to get and 41.4% “very easy”.
Regarding marijuana and how to access it, only 5 out of 100 would not know how to buy it and 61.5% say that it can be obtained very easily.
The relationship between drug use and mental health: what the Argentines consulted think
83.11% of the people who participated in the study consider that mental health is not included in the social debate regarding drugs; while 40.11% express that there is a strong relationship between problematic substance use and other mental health problems.
Barely 6.56% of the participants do not consider that there is a link between the two issues.
Meanwhile, more than half of the participants do not have a clear position regarding the impact of substance use on the ability to control and free choice.
