75.1 million views: Survival trip in the Andes beats Netflix record

In three and a half weeks since its release on January 4th, the thriller has been directed by the director Juan Antonio Bayona has already been viewed around 75.1 million times. The film is regarding the events following a rugby team plane crashed in the Andes in 1972.

The survivors begin eating from the corpses preserved in ice in the cold until they are rescued following 72 days. The record for views of non-English-language films following a runtime of 91 days is held by the monster film “Troll” (Norway, 2022) with 103 million views.
