700 pounds of acorns found in a house

After an intervention, an exterminator discovered that a bird had hidden nearly 700 pounds (318 kg) of acorns in the walls of a house in California.

Initially called in an attempt to capture the woodpecker, he was left amazed following discovering the bird’s hiding places, according to the New York Post.

After drilling a hole in a wall, regarding 700 pounds of acorns started to come out.

“We thought there would have been acorns only in the first part of the wall, but in the end, there were piles of them up to the attic of the house”, explains the exterminator to an American media.

After having cleaned all the walls of the residence, it is the equivalent of eight large garbage bags that have been filled.

“The bird completely destroyed the exterior of the house, creating holes everywhere,” he says.
