Seven minors, ages 12 to 16, were arrested accused of physically attacking three men to steal their belongings, in another “piranha” assault robbery in the Centro neighborhood of the city of Córdoba, according to police sources.
The incident happened on Monday at 8 p.m. in Independencia and April 27 when the young people (two of 12 years old, one of 13, two of 14, another of 15 and finally, the one of 16) approached three men (25, 26 and 46 years old) and, through physical attacks, they stole his belongings.
With the affiliations provided, the Police arrested the minors in Plaza San Martín, Chacabuco 85 and Santa Fe 353. The victims were transferred to the Emergency Hospital.

For his part, a 16-year-old teenager was arrested in Chacabuco at 529, in Nueva Córdoba, for damaging the entrance door to a building following trying to enter, along with other criminals, the Buenos Días super, located in Illia.
It all started around 8:40 p.m. when they wanted to attack the business. However, upon realizing the police presence, they fled. One of them threw a stone at the front door of a building, for which he was arrested.
In another incident, three other minors – aged 15, 15 and 17 – were captured in Vélez Sársfield and San Juan, in the Centro neighborhood, following a fight between several men.
