7 Fees borne by the employer for the non-Saudi worker

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has determined the types of fees that the employer bears on behalf of the non-Saudi worker, including the return ticket for the worker to his home country following the end of the relationship between them.

The Ministry stated that, according to Article 40 of the Labor Law; The employer shall bear the residence and work permit fees, their renewal, and the fines resulting from delaying that.

And she pointed out, through her Twitter account, that the employer also bears the worker’s recruitment fees, profession change fees, and exit and return fees.
