You can prepare this quick dish with sautéed vegetables such as carrots and cabbage, as well as including edamame, green beans, fresh cucumber or seaweed of your choice.
The key is in the sauce, which you prepare by mixing in a saucepan over medium heat the juice of 2 oranges, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey), 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of sriracha hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of oil (vegetable or sesame). When it is regarding to boil, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken, whisk vigorously and remove from heat.
Serve the noodles with the sauce. You can also add avocado, pineapple, mango or protein such as sautéed tofu, fresh fish, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork to taste.
