The beginning was when Major General Khaled Abdel Hamid, Assistant Minister of the Interior, received a notification from the emergency room stating that a motorcycle had fallen in the Al-Rawajih Canal in the city of Qurna as a result of excessive speed, which resulted in the death of 7 children as a result of the accident.
Immediately, the paramedics, led by Dr. Muammar Abdel-Hadi, moved and succeeded in recovering the bodies of the children, who are (Zakaria Al-Hassan Muhammad, Fatima Al-Hassan Muhammad, Sarah Al-Hassan Muhammad, Hajar Al-Hassan Muhammad, Youssef Al-Hassan Muhammad, Youssef Al-Rai Bhai, Ibrahim Al-Hassan Muhammad), The necessary legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution office took over the investigation.
