Act to stop reliving the last episodes during which some of the most developed countries monopolized the entire production of vaccines once morest Covid-19, where it was available. And this, to the detriment of the poorest countries, forced to take second place.

This is one of the main leitmotifs that drive the World Bank group – which has already mobilized an envelope of 12 billion dollars specifically for vaccines – and in particular, its subsidiary dedicated to the private sector. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) announces that it has raised some 600 million euros, with its partners the French Proparco, the German development bank DEG and the American cooperation agency DFC to support the South African Aspen Pharmacare, more major pharmaceutical company on the continent.
