The National Center for Mental Health Promotion revealed signs that indicate good mental health, including self-esteem and expression of feelings.

The National Center for Mental Health Promotion said, via Twitter, that self-esteem, a sense of confidence, and the ability to express feelings in a clear and frank way to others contribute to improving mental health.

The center also emphasized that communication and the ability to build and maintain good social relationships and participate in society improve mental health, in addition to the ability to produce, which enables one to coexist, work productively, and feel accomplished towards the goals he has achieved.

Among the factors that help improve mental health as well is a person’s ability to deal well with the causes of stress and coexist with difficult circumstances, and a person’s sense of joy in life, the presence of a goal in it, and the ability to always smile.
