On Sundays, we don’t always want to spend hours in the kitchen. It’s also hard to find recipe ideas when it’s the end of the week. Here are some gourmet ideas for cooking quickly and making a tasty meal.

On weekends, the fridge is often empty. For lack of ideas or fatigue, the desire to cook has – like your food – gone. But you have to eat well! No time or no desire to cook: easy and quick recipes to make

On Sundays, we often have very little desire to spend hours preparing to eat. Fortunately, there are many recipes that can be made in a jiffy and that are still very tasty.   • The recipe for toast with avocado, bacon, dried tomatoes and soft-boiled egg

For 2 people : Mash 2 avocados with a fork then add a few drops of lemon juice. Then toast 4 slices of bread in the toaster and spread the mashed avocado on top. In a skillet, brown 4 slices of smoked bacon. On the sandwiches, add 2 to 3 handfuls of arugula, the bacon and 50 g of dried tomato pieces then place a few nice parmesan shavings on top. In a saucepan, boil 4 eggs for 6 minutes, peel them and place them on the toast. Finally, pour a light drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on your bread to perfect the seasoning.

  • The recipe for homemade croque-monsieur

For 2 people : Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. In a bowl, break an egg then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons milk and 1 tbsp. tablespoons fresh cream. Mix the preparation well. Cover the oven rack with parchment paper. Briefly soak each side of your 8 slices of bread by dipping them in the egg mixture then place the slices of bread on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with gruyère and add 4 slices of ham. Sprinkle once more with cheese. Place another slice of soaked bread on top. Sprinkle once more with cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a little salad.

Leftovers are best eaten when you don’t know what to eat. And believe us, there are many recipes you can make with leftovers. Whether vegetables, pasta or a gratin, you just have to accompany them with meat, fried egg or fish for a balanced meal without too much hassle. The same applies to your leftover meats, there are many dishes to make with.

  • The recipe for pasta gratin, leftover ratatouille (or vegetables) and beef

For 2 people : Use leftover ratatouille to make a tasty pasta dish. To do this, boil a pot of salted water. Then cook regarding 250 g of pasta (penne type). In a gratin dish, place the cooked pasta then add your leftover ratatouille. Pour a few handfuls of grated cheese (parmesan, gruyère…) and bake. The cheese must be au gratin. While cooking, cook 2 fillets of beef which you soak in 4 egg yolks then in breadcrumbs and once more in the egg yolk. Cook the fillets in the pan. Once the pasta dish is ready, enjoy with the beef.

  • Recipe for leftover meat turnovers

For 2 people : Peel and finely chop the onion then brown it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When transparent, add your leftover meat. Leave to come back for a few minutes then add 5 cl of tomato coulis, 1 tbsp. coffee sugar, a pinch of paprika, 1 pinch of cumin, a little salt and pepper. Let cook for a few more minutes. Then place regarding 20 g of raisins in a bowl, add the meat stuffing and cover everything with the beef broth. Leave the mixture to cool then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 240°C, roll out 1 roll of puff pastry and cut out discs. Fill half of each disc with stuffing then close and seal the edges. Coat them with egg yolk and bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper for regarding 15 minutes. Slippers should be golden.

Preserves: recipes to make with cans

Cans are always handy when our cupboards are empty or when we don’t feel like cooking too much. Small vegetables, fish but also ready-made preparation, cans are plentiful. But be careful not to abuse it. You can easily accompany your canned vegetables with meat and a little rice. With canned tuna, sardines or mackerel, treat yourself by serving them with raw vegetables and baked potatoes. Here are 2 additional ideas that you should like.

For 4 people : Heat a frying pan over medium/low heat with the olive oil. Add 200 g of chickpeas with ¼ tsp. coffee ground cumin and 4 pinches of Espelette pepper. Fry everything for 5 minutes until the chickpeas are nicely colored. Book. Season 300 g of Greek yoghurt with a little salt and pepper. Add a squeeze of lime. Peel 1 large carrot and cut it into fine julienne strips or grate it. Cut 3 radishes into thin rounds. Dice the flesh of a mango. Top 8 tacos with a layer of Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with ground cumin. Divide the carrot julienne, the chickpeas, the diced mango according to taste. Place a plain Connétable sardine on each taco and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Sprinkle with lime juice. Serve right away.

  • The recipe for rice and garnish for queen bites

For 2 people : It’s simple and it’s good. Boil salted water then cook regarding 80 g of rice. In another saucepan, reheat the canned queen bites filling (400 g). All you have to do is place the rice and then the garnish on a plate and season everything.
