5- Avoid pickles and salty foods to avoid feeling thirsty during the day in Ramadan, and drink a lot of water during the night.

6- Avoid high-sugar drinks as much as possible, such as: carbonated water, Qamar al-Din juice, hibiscus and tamarind, and canned juices, and replace them with healthy and nutritious drinks such as: natural orange juice, orange and carrot juice, lemon juice, guava juice, strawberry juice, yogurt with dates Sugarless.
