Rhiannon Lambert, an English nutritionist, has just shared with the British press her advice to limit bloating and intestinal disorders. It recommends reducing the consumption of certain foods such as red and processed meat.
She adds that reducing these foods will not only help you improve your digestive comfort, but also allow you to prevent the appearance of certain diet-related cancers.

Digestion: do not forget to consume fiber
“What we often tell our patients is that there is no single treatment to manage digestive issues,” she said. Indeed, everyone will assimilate food differently. However, limiting some of them will probably help you.
“Some foods are safer likely to cause gases that lead to bloatingsuch as beans, some vegetables and fermented foods“, said Rhiannon Lambert. Try to limit your consumption, if you eat it often. To move regularly throughout the day by taking a walk or yoga will also help improve digestion, prevent bloating and eliminate gas.
