In its latest 2024 release, Activision brings Call of Duty: Black Ops 6with some new features aimed at improving gameplay, such as multidirectional movement, designed to make combat maneuvers more fluid and strategic. The update seeks to cater to both veteran and new players, bringing graphical improvements, new maps and the return of Zombies mode, one of the series’ classic modes.

Campaign: Gulf War
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Campaign
The campaign of Black Ops 6 transports players to the setting of the Gulf War, exploring the complexity of the conflict and addressing themes such as espionage and high-risk operations. The narrative follows an intense cinematic style, with missions designed to evoke the adrenaline of the best action films of the 90s.
Series veterans will recognize the return of iconic figures like Frank Woods, Russell Adler and Helen Park. These are joined by new characters: Jane Harrow, Troy Marshall and Felix Neumann, each with stories and motivations that add depth to the plot. The setting in 1991 seeks to capture the tense atmosphere of the time, including secret operations in desert regions and cities at war.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer has also been revamped, bringing 16 new maps — 12 for 6v6 battles and four for 2v2 and 6v6 assault modes. The new, expanded and rewarding prestige system has everything it needs to captivate long-time players, adding layers of progression and high-level customization. Among the new features, modes that combine quick confrontations and the possibility of intense moshpits stand out, with different loadout possibilities for complete customization.
Zombies
Fan-favorite Zombies mode returns with a vengeance, featuring two new maps, Terminus e Liberty Fallsboth filled with mysteries and challenges that promise hours of frantic combat against hordes of the undead. Equipment and power-ups have been reinvigorated with the Pack of Killer Gummiesallowing temporary skill upgrades, as well as a complete arsenal to face the growing threat.
