I try to eat bananas every morning because they contain tons of potassium!
On top of that, I’m taking potassium supplements, but be careful because taking too much potassium can actually make you bloated!
Also, if you bathe properly and warm your body from the core, blood circulation will improve and waste products will be excreted more easily, thus preventing swelling!
