The day before, the Ukrainian President met his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey. The two spoke primarily about Ukraine’s upcoming entry into NATO and the extension of the agreement with Russia, which is intended to secure the export of Ukrainian grain across the Black Sea.
