A 50-year-old woman saw in her dream that her dead son came to her to ask her to change the course of her life, and here she decided to lose weight.

Alison White had lost her son, Thomas, at the age of seven, following he was hit by a car, and she saw him in a dream saying: “I love you but if you do nothing, you will end up like me,” according to the “Mirror” website.

The mother was terrified of this nightmare, and recalled her condition following her son’s death and how her weight had increased due to depression, saying: “I was very sad and depressed and suffered from insomnia. I did not go out of the house because I might not walk far, and I was breathing abnormally all the time.”
The fiftieth mother made the decision to lose weight, join a weight loss group, and eventually succeeded in losing more than 69 kilograms.
The mother turned her back on chocolate, ready meals and potato chips, and began to drink water and eat snacks such as fruits and mushrooms.
The diet I followed included the following:
Breakfast: two granola bars (a mixture of oats and nuts).
Lunch: potatoes with cheese and beans.
Dinner: chicken, rice, vegetables, curry and salads.
Snacks include: mushrooms or beets.
“I didn’t find it difficult, I just changed my mindset, found healthy alternatives to everything I was eating, and started cooking and shopping wisely,” White said.
She added, “I am now more inclined to try new things in food, and I have tried fruits and vegetables that I have not heard of before, and I have eaten food from all over the world.”
The mum, now in her fifties, weighs 82kg and is feeling cheerful and confident, describing how she feels: “Before I used to sit at home telling people to go to the shop to buy me chocolates, now I’m out enjoying life, I’ve just been on holiday to Torquay And I was up at 5.30 in the morning, I went to the sea and I had a cup of coffee, and I was seeing the world before anyone woke up, and I was really amazing.”
