On the other hand, they were also unanimously convinced of the installer’s guilt when it came to the physical assault last New Year’s Eve in a belt bar. Here the young man felt harassed while doing coke in the toilet by an Iranian who wanted to use it as intended. When the resulting scuffle had already ended, the plumber gave the even smaller opponent a serious punch in front of the establishment.

In addition to the five years in prison, the probation for the four months that were outstanding for another physical assault was also revoked. The victim was awarded 8,000 euros in compensation. According to the presiding judge Claudia Zöllner, the court was unable to take any mitigating factors into account. Although he admitted to bodily harm, he did not admit to intentional grievous bodily harm, which is why one cannot speak of a remorseful confession. One of the things that made things more difficult was the rapid relapse. “It just mightn’t be any lower.” At the same time, she also advised him to adopt a less aggressive posture while in prison so that good behavior and an early release would work.
