5 tips to accelerate muscle hypertrophy

Personal trainer Fernando Dragão teaches 5 tips to facilitate hypertrophy, also called muscle mass gain. These are pieces of advice that should be included in your daily workouts so that you can reach your goals.

“Never copy an elaborate series for other athletes. The training was done to meet his needs’”, says the physical educator.

1. Concentration

No alternating training, focus on what was prepared by your personal. “Don’t ‘jump’ from training to training. Don’t look for the perfect workout”, points out Fernando.

2. Balance

“Beware of too much theory and too little practice. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel by creating fancy exercises and techniques. Diet is just as important as training. Load is just as important as amplitude and good execution. You don’t need to change exercises all the time”, he reinforces.
