Ingredients:
2 bell peppers
1 can of tuna in water
30g concentrated tomato puree
1 chopped chives
10 capers
1 diced tomato
60g grated cheese
First, open the peppers in half and remove all the seeds. Place them with the opening down in a tray and put them on the oven rack at maximum temperature for 3-4 minutes, until they soften.
Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
Remove the peppers from the oven and fill with the mixture. Place the cheese on top and return to the oven for another 3-4 min., so that the cheese gratins.
