Marvel Studios released the latest trailer for the film Deadpool & Wolverine, Monday (22/4). If we pay close attention to the footage, we can see that there are many very interesting surprises.
This makes film fans, especially Marvel superhero fans, even more curious regarding the storyline of the third Deadpool film.
Here are a number of interesting Easter eggs found in the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer.
Cassandra Nova

Using Madonna’s 1989 hit song Like a Prayer as a backdrop, the trailer gives cinema lovers a glimpse of Cassandra Nova. She is known to Men as a super villain who is also the sister of Charles Xavier or Professor X.

Considered Xavier’s dark twin, Nova has a track record of wreaking havoc with his telepathy. In one scene, he slams Wolverine into the ground without touching him at all.

As is known, there will be time travel involving the Time Variance Authority (TVA), because they have recruited Deadpool for a mission. Apparently, they also took a version of Wolverine from a different timeline.
For die-hard Marvel fans, one of the biggest easter eggs is seeing Wolverine wearing a sleeveless bodysuit. This version of Wolverine is very accurate to the one depicted in the X-Men comics.

In one brief scene in the trailer, Giant-Man’s body becomes the headquarters of the evil mutants who have appeared in previous X-Men films. There is also a moment in the trailer when some of them, such as Lady Deathstrike and Azazel, stand in front of him.
Most likely, the existence of these supervillains is to help Cassandra Nova carry out her evil mission.

Closing the trailer, Deadpool and Wolverine together jump through a portal made of sparks which are often created by magicians, including Doctor Strange. This scene suggests that, perhaps, Doctor Strange will appear in the film Deadpool 3. This estimate is not excessive considering that Strange has so far always appeared in events involving the multiverse concept. (Z-11)
