Some fasting people face the problem of low blood sugar levels, which causes a feeling of depression, headache and dizziness, so nutrition experts recommend a group of drinks to drink to raise blood sugar levels, following breaking the fast in Ramadan.

1-Water

Water is one of the necessary fluids that doctors recommend that you drink between breakfast and suhoor, as they recommend at least 2 to 3 liters of water, as it helps regulate blood glucose levels in addition to regulating blood pressure.

2-Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains low calories, but it provides the body with a number of benefits, most notably regulating the metabolism process, including regulating blood glucose levels and improving insulin response. Apple cider vinegar can be taken by adding it to salads or directly by putting a spoonful of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water.

3- Bone broth

Bone broth is one of the liquids recommended by nutritionists, as a result of its high nutritional value, such as a high source of protein. Protein raises blood glucose, which raises insulin levels. Protein does not have a negative effect on blood sugar and insulin levels as much as carbohydrates. .

4- Soft drinks

Doctors recommend getting 1/2 cup of any juice made from citrus fruits, such as:

-pineapple juice.

Grapefruit juice.

-orange juice.

-Lemonade.

Citrus fruits contain a high percentage of healthy carbohydrates found in dietary fiber, which lead to a rise in blood sugar.
