Last Wednesday, the Council of Ministers approved a draft law allowing Egyptians residing abroad to bring in used cars with a 100% exemption from the prescribed fees.
In its project, the government stipulates that the imported car should not have passed three years since the manufacture of the imported car, with all fees deposited in the interest of the Ministry of Finance in dollars and refunded following 5 years in Egyptian pounds without returns.
The following report lists 5 new Korean cars, all of which are models of 2023, and Egyptians residing in Saudi Arabia can import them to the Egyptian market, and their prices start from 366 thousand pounds; Noting that the cars in the report have not been added to the price of customs value, value added, schedule fee and development fee.
