Guard – This evening, Sunday 29 September, the fourth of the eight evenings dedicated to the theater review “Dialects compared in the lands of the Po Mill” will be staged.
Born from the collaboration of the Pro loco Terre Bacchelliane with the Berrese Culture and Entertainment Association, the Pro loco Serravalle Insieme, the Nuova Associazione di Guarda and the Pro Alberone Odv association, with the patronage of the municipality of Riva del Po, the second edition brings 14 companies will be on stage and will compete for two prizes: that of the popular jury, which will award the prize for best show, and a technique which will award the prestigious Bacchelli Prize.
The dialects compared are that of Polesine and that of Ferrara. On the opening evening of Thursday 26 September, the theater companies Allegra Compagnia di Loreo and I Sbregamandati di Polesine Camerini performed, entertaining and convincing the people present in the room. Doing the honors was the president of the Pro loco Terre Bacchelliane Gabriele Pavani. The speech of the mayor who spoke about the past of the theater of Ro Ferrarese, until it became a new form and revival in the theater of Guarda, was also much appreciated.
In the second evening, Straferrara and the Friends of the Codigoro Theater Group will be on stage. In the third evening, Saturday evening, El Tanbarello di Bellombra with “The best of Don Checo” and the Compagnia Instabile Tagliolese with “Si…viaggiare”. This evening it is the turn of the Mirabellese Company with “C’al general ad mie muier” and the Teatro Insieme di Comacchio with “Le vete cla va”. After this evening it will resume on 4/5/6 October. Final evening on Saturday 12 October, with surprise guests and awards. Guaranteed fun.
