The organizers reported that with a time of 43 minutes and 33 seconds, the Verónica boat, piloted by Guyanese Jorge Freites, won. He also won the Family Group Speed title, also setting a record in his VT2 category.
Freites was the first to arrive at the Club Náutico Caroní following completing the 65 miles of the fifth stage.
In the Racing Group, with the Miss Twister boat and with a record, the Valencian Alexander Castillo, record holder in the CR2 category, made the difference.
In terms of points and with 1,925, Damián Pereira from Margarita on his “Chicago” Jet Ski achieved victory in the family group. While with 1,895 points, Alejo Fortique from Caracas with his Team Family First is the absolute champion of the Racing Group.
