The net assets of Real Estate Collective Investment Schemes (OPCI) reached more than 49 billion dirhams at the end of October 2022, up 127% year-to-date, according to the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) .
The number of OPCI funds stood at 40 on this date, including 3 OPCIs approved in October 2022 and having an initial capital at the constitution of 7 MDH, specifies the AMMC which has just published the monthly indicators of the market for capital for the month of October 2022.
