Ahmed Ibrahim, Executive Adviser to the Council of Ministers for the Umrah Gate, and a member of the Business Conduct Committee at the Chamber of Tourism Companies, said that whoever obtains an Umrah visa through the Saudi “Nisk” platform, will not be prevented from traveling at the airport, but must complete the necessary procedures on the Egyptian Umrah gate, according to Law No. 72 of 2021.
Ibrahim explained to Masrawy, that the necessary procedures to complete the travel are to notify a tourism company approved on the Umrah portal, through which registration will be made to complete the program.
“Masrawy” lists the categories that can obtain a visa through the NSK platform, with a value of 4,400 Egyptian pounds, as follows:
EU visa holders.
USA visa holders.
– UK visa holders -“England”-
Schengen visa holders.
Citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Saudi Arabia – Bahrain – Emirates – Sultanate of Oman – Qatar – Kuwait).
As for those who wish to perform Umrah, it is through authorized agents, with extraction fees of up to 753 Saudi riyals as fees on the platform, in addition to 126 riyals for transportation with a minimum of 36 chairs, with a total of 879 riyals at a rate of 4650 Egyptian pounds, in addition to 3200 pounds in favor of the Hajj and Umrah Chamber. This does not include hotel accommodations, as well as airfares.
