43-year-old woman is prosecuted for sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy up to four times a day | Australia | Sexual abuse | Ross Daisley | | WORLD

Savannah Daisley, 45, a thoroughbred horse heiress and businesswoman, faces charges following being accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy up to 4 times in a single day; allegedly, she was intoxicated. The incident caused controversy in Australia for being the daughter of Ross Daisley, a famous thoroughbred horse breeder.

The woman faced the Waverley Local Court in Sydney on Tuesday over allegations of child sexual abuse, and was denied bail by Judge Jaqueline Milledge over the allegations “quite disturbing”. Daisley will remain behind bars until his next court appearance on August 23.

The mother of two children strongly denied the accusations and intends to plead not guilty, according to dailymail.

Cops say a riotous Daisley molested the boy four times before 5:00 pm on May 20 last year. It is not clear if the couple knew each other before the alleged acts.

Daisley’s defense attorney rejected this, arguing that the accusations once morest his high-society client were made “although” and that it was a case of “oath once morest oath”.

Prosecutor Daniel Richardson claims there is evidence from the defendant’s mouth: he said a police officer told him regarding a recording of a tacky phone call made by the heiress, in which she allegedly admits to kissing the teenager.

Richardson claimed that the recording reveals that Daisley had little recollection of the incident, perhaps because she was intoxicated at the time.

“But she says, ‘I thought you were going to call the police, I thought we put this in a little box and dumped it in the sea.'”the prosecutor told the court. “The (officer’s) instruction to me was that the phone call was pretty damning to her. The facts are that admissions were made that were caught on wiretapping and it’s a pretty serious matter.”.

Daisley’s Instagram account has since been deleted, but a screenshot of a recent post, obtained by local media, shows a caption written by the heiress revealing she was sober for 223 days. The publication also reveals that she had “estranged from his partner of 8 years”.
