The “Dari” digital system platform for real estate services affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi has launched 11 projects that are 100% complete on Al Reem Island. These projects contributed to the provision of 4,198 housing units for residential buildings.
The Dari platform, which was launched by the Department of Municipalities and Transport, in cooperation with ADRES, the advanced real estate services company, stated last February that the number of projects offered through the platform amounted to 185 projects for the construction of residential buildings, villas and lands, which varied between completed, ready and under construction projects.
The platform presented 11 completed building projects on Al Reem Island, with a completion rate of 100% for all projects. The City of Lights project for the real estate developer, Al Tomouh Investments Company, includes 724 housing units, and the second phase of The Bridges project for the real estate developer, Aldar Properties, includes 636 housing units, while the Mangroves project includes Bliss for real estate developer Federal Real Estate Limited 480 housing units.
According to the platform, the City of Lights project in Al Reem Basin, Tamouh 3, contributes to the real estate developer, Al Tamouh Investments Company, with 668 housing units. The Canal Residence project for the real estate developer, Canal Residence Real Estate, includes 435 housing units, while the Julfar housing project for the real estate developer, Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company, includes 266 housing units.
The Reflection Tower B project for the real estate developer, Aldar Properties, contributed to the provision of 192 housing units, in addition to 182 housing units that the Reflection Tower A project contributed to, and the Park View project for the real estate developer, Mesab Limited, contributed to the provision of 128 housing units, and 79 housing units within the Yasmina project. The Department of Municipalities and Transport stated that the “Dari” system aims to integrate real estate services in Abu Dhabi into a unified platform to provide integrated, comprehensive and advanced real estate services, and provides users with the opportunity to obtain a flexible and smooth experience to manage their various real estate transactions, in a way that enhances the attractiveness of real estate investment, and the commitment to transparency in Providing data to investors in a way that contributes to developing the quality of real estate services in Abu Dhabi.
She added that customers can use the “Dari” system through the website: www.dari.ae or the smart application Dari and view the existing services, in addition to the many features that the platform provides to customers, which include real estate sales and rental transactions, documentation, and issuance of certificates, in addition to Providing a guide for registered real estate projects and a guide for those licensed to work in the real estate market, real estate market indicators, including trading values, mortgages, off-plan sales transactions, communication with real estate brokers, introducing investors to future investment opportunities within the real estate market in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and access to a list of transactions related to buying, selling and mortgage.
