Get some fresh air, escape… The French really need a vacation. Many of them are leaving on Saturday, February 19. In Parisian stations, 400,000 travelers are expected throughout the weekend.

400,000 holidaymakers depart from Paris stations during the weekend of Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 February, mainly for the Alps. “It’s going to be good, because it’s been a long time since we left, and with the health situation we’re tired“, says one traveler. More than 7 million tickets were sold over the entire holiday period, a figure almost equivalent to that of 2019.
