Today, Sunday, the price of gold continued to rise in Egypt in the middle of trading, and the price of a gram increased by 30 pounds compared to its level at the beginning of trading, to set a new record, according to Naguib Club, former Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, to Masrawy.
The price of a gram of gold in Egypt rose 10 pounds at the beginning of today’s trading, and continued to rise in the middle of trading, bringing the total increase in the gram so far to 40 pounds.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices rose to 1100 pounds per gram.
And the price of 18 karat gold increased to 1414 pounds per gram.
And the price of 21 carat gold rose to 1650 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 karat gold rose to 1886 pounds per gram.
The price of the gold pound
The price of the gold pound jumped to 13,200 pounds, and the price may vary from one trader to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
The global price of gold
Today is a weekly holiday in the global stock exchanges, including the metals markets.
And the global price of gold recorded during yesterday’s trading, Friday, 1797 dollars an ounce, down 0.30% by the end of trading, according to Bloomberg agency data.
