Heavy rain caused a cliff as high as 40 meters to slide and block road access in Cibuluh Village, Pasirsalam, Mangunreja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. There were no casualties in the incident.

The joint team carried out the process of cleaning the road from landslide material.

Cleaning of the location was carried out by joint officers. However, the process was slow due to lack of equipment.

“The landslide occurred at around 05.00 WIB. Currently the access road connecting Pasirsalam Village and Cibuluh Village cannot be passed by vehicles or pedestrians,” he added, Thursday (7/3).

Joint officers from BPBD, Tagana, TNI, Polri and residents are trying to clean up the material so that road access can be passed once more. Mutual cooperation efforts were made.
