O Apple Watch receives constant software updates, just like the iPhone, iPad and other Apple devices. Despite this, certain problems can occur during this process.

One concerns the message “Unable to Verify Update”which may appear when you check for an update manually via the Watch app on your iPhone — by going to General » Software Update.

See what can be done to solve this! ⌚️

Make sure you’re connected to the internet — either using your iPhone or directly through your Apple Watch (Wi-Fi or cellular). Restart Apple Watch: On watches with watchOS 8 or earlier, press and hold the side button and slide your finger across the Power off slider. On watches equipped with watchOS 9 or later, press and hold the side button, then tap the power icon (in the upper-right corner) and slide the “Power off” slider. If you find it difficult to do this, it is also possible to force the restart by holding the side button and the Digital Crown pressed at the same time for at least ten seconds. Release them when the Apple logo appears. Free up Apple Watch storage by removing apps you no longer use, photos and/or music. Try unpairing your Apple Watch and pairing again.

If still nothing is working, try contacting Apple support so they can investigate your situation. This can be done by calling 0800-761-0880, from the site or through the Support app.

You can still make an appointment at one of two Apple Stores located in Brazil or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
