On the one hand, this set of rates will encourage electric vehicle users to supplement the battery life energy as much as possible during periods when the burden on the grid is low through a larger “peak/off-peak electricity price difference” than before. The monthly fixed basic cost of “Basic Electricity Charge” and “Mobile Electricity Charge” will also be planned (the basic cost will be at least around 300 yuan?). The current planned rates are as follows:

Personally, I am more curious if there is a difference in the basic fee and the rate, will it be helpful to assist the community in the construction of related construction facilities, or can it provide support for faster charging? After all, even if the current electric vehicle owners are charging at home, some of them will apply for the “time electricity price” according to the situation – regarding half cheaper off-peak.
