The 360 ​​Audio Recording feature¹already available in Brazil, lets you capture sound on video exactly as you hear it, providing more realistic and immersive experiences that resemble a live experience.

The feature records 360-degree audio using the microphone in each earbud, and when watching or listening to the content, it makes you feel like you’re in the place of the sound. For example, a band lead singer can record a rehearsal with headphones so your fans have an immersive experience, or you can record a video of a waterfall so your followers feel like they’re in the same place you were.

360 Audio recording is the first feature in the Galaxy lineup to utilize LE Audio, a new advanced Bluetooth audio standard that ensures better audio quality, better latency and battery life through binaural technology – which uses the left and right microphones at the same time. LE Audio also broadens audio experiences, delivering richer, more complex sound that can be shared with others.

With Buds2 Pro this is possible thanks to the 24-bit Hi-Fi audio standard⁶. This technology converts digitized audio to ensure a result that is richer in detail and free of interference.

Along with 24-bit Hi-Fi Audio, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro features the SSC HiFi codec⁷, which allows the reproduction of highs and lows more intensely and with greater richness of details in the most different sounds. This is through the tweeter and woofer built into the Buds2 Pro, which are more powerful and offer a more immersive experience than the previous model.

Less environmental impact

Galaxy Buds2 Pro are made with over 90% recycled materials⁸. This is thanks to the Galaxy for the Planet initiative, which incorporates recycled materials, such as fishing nets that would otherwise be discarded into the ocean, to create parts and important components of Galaxy devices.

Auto Switch

Another feature that makes it easy to use the Galaxy Buds2 Pro in any situation is Auto Switch. With this feature, just tap one of the headphones to toggle the sound of the Galaxy device or Samsung product you want to listen to.

For example, if you’re listening to music on your smartphone and you get a call, just tap one of the earbuds to switch between the music and the call. Auto Switch can also be used to switch the sound from your Galaxy smartphone to a Samsung Smart TV⁹ or Galaxy Tab, or vice versa.

Each of these components contains at least 20% discarded fishing nets (ocean plastic) or post-consumer materials. Recycled fishing nets are used in three inner components and eight outer components.
