The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 4.5 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 1,689 sales with a value of 3.57 billion dirhams, of which 252 were allegiance to land, with a value of 1.1 billion dirhams, and 1437 sales of apartments and villas, with a value of 2.47 billion dirhams. The most important land sales worth 60 million dirhams came in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The fifth district of Al-Habiya topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 90 pledges worth 202 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 126 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 41 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 36 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
Al-Markadh region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 307 sales worth 246 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 135 sales worth 500 million dirhams, and the third in Business Bay, with 109 sales, with a value of 153 million dirhams. The mortgages recorded a value of 955.1 million dirhams. As for donations, 56 donations were recorded, worth 54.07 million dirhams, the most important of which were in Wadi Al-Safa 3, worth 10 million dirhams, and others in Palm Jumeirah, worth 9 million dirhams.
